  1. Nokia iSync Plugin is a complement for iSync 2.4 that allows the synchronization of a variety of information between a cell phone from this manufacturer and a Mac. If your phone model is compatible with the application, you'll be able to synchronize the important dates.
  2. Nokia 9300i with WLAN support needs to be updated in PC-Suite (for example) to work with mac os x. PC-Suite installs 'SMSsyncSupport' software to phone. After that you can use it with isync (isync.

As this is similar to what you need to do to keep an address book in sync for a non-icloud compatible mac, you could use some of the more granular tools that have been posted here to grab just the updates to the address book. But often simple is best to solve a problem like this.

I made a package with iSync and NokiaSomething for Lion. Compatible with NokiaE52 but you can download iSync plugins for your phone here http://en.isync-hilfe.de/plugin.html.
I just didn't find an easy way to download them all at once so I only used the one I needed.
It should work. If it doesn't, just use contents of the pkg.. It should save you guys some trouble :)

Can you get iSync plug-ins for the latest Nokia phones?
Nokia's lack of support for Mac users was one of the reasons I was so glad to switch to the iPhone. I spent a lot of time talking to Nokia about iSync. While Apple included the iSync Plug-in Maker with Xcode for manufacturers to make their own plug-ins, Nokia told me that it was up to Apple to make the iSync plug-ins for Nokia phones.
I tried to make my own plug-in for my Nokia phone. However, iSPM required a lot of technical information which Nokia wouldn't give me. The best results came from using an existing plug-in of a phone in the similar model range. It was quite easy to brick the phone with the wrong plug-in data. After wasting far too much time, I bought a set of third-party plug-ins for the Nokia range that some guy had made.
I think it's a shame that Apple have shut down iSync for those who do use other phones (imagine such a thing!). But Nokia seem to be their own worst enemy, and I wouldn't be surprised if the company that used to be No. 1 in phones goes out of the phone business fairly soon.

Nokia has since made iSync plugins for their new Symbian phones. My N8 got one available at Nokia website when it was fairly new. The newest iSync plugin now seems to be for Nokia 701. Will there be new Symbian models after the one camera phone announced now, Nokia 808? Mac suite for android. Maybe not.
For Nokia N9 (Meego Harmattan OS), there is an unofficial iSync plugin, see www.allboutn9.info/2012/01/sync-your-calendarcontacts-osx.html. For calendar and contacts syncing with Nokia Lumia (Windows Phone) one has to use some cloud service (hotmail or gmail).

I just revamped all my devices (iOS5, Lion, Mt.Lion) and my 3 Nokia phones (Nokia 2710, C3-01, C7-00) with regard to Contacts. On one Mac I turn off iCloud Contacts, it asks me to delete or keep addresses locally - I keep. Then I sync with iSync to the phones. Next I delete all contacts on the Mac, then I re-enable iCloud Contacts and merge. All done, nothing lost.

Valentin's method works with Mountain Lion, too. I was surprised that I didn't have to reinstall iSync after the Mountain Lion update – unlike the Lion update, which removed iSync, the Mountain Lion update left iSync in place. Maybe Apple IS listening!
